To all of our ZEP campers,
As we enter Phase 3 of BC’s Restart Plan, non-essential travel is now permitted throughout the province and Whistler is welcoming visitors back to our community. Many of Whistler’s businesses including restaurants, accommodations, activity operators and retail stores, are now open with modified operations. For more information on what to expect when visiting Whistler, visit the Whistler.com/covid.
Please note that ZEP MTB Camps is 100% open for business this summer. We have new safety protocols in place based on recommendations by the Provincial Health Officer (PHO) and the Professional Mountain Bike Instructors Association (PMBIA). This includes (but is not limited to) daily health screenings of guests and staff, physical distancing, hand washing/sanitizing, and additional steps in our registration process.
The Whistler Bike Park is scheduled to open June 29 for riding but at this point, Whistler Blackcomb has directed that NO instruction or coaching will take place in the bike park from either its own bike school or third party operators such as ZEP. If this changes we will be letting everyone know on our website and social channels. The good news is that ZEP is able to operate throughout the Whistler Valley with all of our other products. So if you’re looking for an alternative skill improvement program this summer, don’t hesitate to book with us!
We understand that circumstances can still change quickly and for that reason, we are continuing to allow guests to book all of our Skill Camps, Weekly Programs and Private Lessons with a 10% deposit (balance is due 30 days ahead).
If there are any other questions or concerns please reach out to us directly at info@zeptechniques.com.
Sincerely yours,
Paul and Shannon
