Booking & Cancellation Policies

All participants will be required to fill in a Release of Liability waiver before beginning the clinic/camp/program.

ZEPtechniques Ltd. reserves the right to cancel activities due to inclement weather, insufficient bookings or for any events beyond our control. Alternate dates will be arranged in these cases or a full refund will be provided.

Booking and Cancellations Policy for Private Lessons, Weekly Programs (Adult) and Weekend Camps:

Full payment is required in order to confirm your reservation for all Private Lessons, Weekly Adult programs and Weekend Camps.

Cancellations or changes 30 days prior to the start date of the lesson/camp/program will be offered a full refund less a $25 processing fee per participant per change. Cancellations within 15 - 30 days of the lesson/camp/program start date will be offered a 50% refund. Cancellation within 14 days of the lesson start date will not be refunded. In the case where a medical certificate is provided before the program starts but within the cancellation period, guests will be able to reschedule their lessons.

Cancellations or changes 30 days prior to the start date of the camp/program will be offered a full refund less a $25 processing fee per participant per change. Single and Multi Week camps will be charged a 15% non-refundable deposit upon registering for a camp. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the camp start date.

Cancellations 30 days prior to the start date of the camp will forfeit the 15% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 15 - 30 days of the camp start date will be offered a 50% refund. Cancellation within 14 days of the camp start date will not be refunded. In the case where a medical certificate is provided before the program starts but within the cancellation period, guests will be able to reschedule their lessons.

SPRING/FALL Programs:

Full payment is required in order to confirm your reservation for all Spring and Fall Programming.

Cancellations or changes 30 days prior to the start date of the lesson/camp/program will be offered a full refund less a $25 processing fee per participant per change. Cancellations within 15 - 30 days of the lesson start date will be offered a 50% refund. Cancellation within 14 days of the lesson start date will not be refunded. In the case where a medical certificate is provided before the program starts but within the cancellation period, guests will be able to reschedule their lessons. No refunds will be offered once the program starts.

SEASON LONG or SUMMER LONG PROGRAMS:

Season or summer long programs will be charged a 15% non-refundable deposit upon registering for the program. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the program start date.
