TIPS & TRICKS NIGHTS
Learn the classic tricks that will transform your skills, style and fun on the bike.
Put your flats on and discover your inner child and true potential to progress your riding safely and quickly.
Front wheel lifts, pedalling wheel lifts, endos, nose pivots, manuals or bunnyhops... anyone, yes anyone, can learn these!
And why should they? Because they are fantastic tools to safely and easily progress many of the fundamental skills.
How? ZEP's proven progressions for these have been taught to thousands of coaches and riders over the last 20 years. By breaking them down into a series of smaller, logical steps, the tricks you never thought you could do, suddenly become achieveable... and an excellent way to make your riding more active, playful and smoother.

- What gear do I need?
A good quality full suspension bike, with hydraulic disc brakes and downhill or enduro tires for grip and puncture protection. We recommend an enduro style bike; one with 5 or more inches of front and rear wheel travel, and with a fairly slack head angle for stability. Helmets and knee pads are mandatory. Arm and spine protection is recommended, but up to you; also gloves, hydration pack with water, snacks, tools and a spare tube to suit the weather conditions on the day. - Do I need to be able to do any wheel lifts or tricks already?
All you need to be able to do is pump the bike as this shows a comfortable, centred body position, in which you are willing to push down on the bike, and uneight the bike to make it feel light. If you can do this and a basic front wheel lift, you are ready for this program. - I can already do front and rear wheel lifts, is this program too easy?
There's plenty more to learn and master! The ZEP coaches can tailor the progressions each session to challenge even the most advanced riders to wheelie further, bunnyhop higher.
